01. What connections products does Vizzitt offer?

Vizzitt offers an unparalleled menu of connection opportunities !

Video: A video chat, that's two-way, real time, with you and a legend/celebrity. You will need a high speed internet connection, a computer, and web cam.   

Audio: A live telephone conversation with a legend/celebrity.

Email Q&A/Greeting: A video or audio response to your question or special occasion greeting. A video or audio file will be sent to you or to a gift recipient via email.

All of Vizztt's products can be ordered via our website. We welcome special requests, as well!

02. What tools do I need to operate the video chat system?

In order to participate in a video connection, optimal connection speed is critical. We highly recommend a broadband connection, but if you have DSL, make sure it is the high speed version. Dial-up WILL NOT work.  To test your connection speed, we recommend that you log on to this website: www.speakeasy.net/speedtest. You will be prompted to test your connection speed by choosing a server from a list of cities. Choose a city near you. Your upload speed must be faster than 300 kbps.  A webcam also is required. Many new computers and laptops come with webcams, but if you don't have one, there are plenty to choose from. We recommend any USB 2.0 camera -- available at your local electronics retailer. These cameras are incredibly user friendly and easy to set up. To reduce the "echo" during your Vizzitt connection, headphones are also strongly recommended, and your computer settings should be adjusted to reduce echo.

03. Can I test the audio or video platform before I use it for my Vizzitt?

Vizzitt is dedicated to an optimal "Vizzitt Experience". Thus, it is very important that you fully test your computer/web cam equipment at least 48 to 72 hours prior to your Vizzitt. This should provide you with enough lead time to make any adjustments to your computer settings and determine that your internet and/or audio connections are suitable. An audio Vizzitt uses a conference call platform, so if you have a phone connection, you will be ready! Please follow the internet connection testing instructions contained in Question 2, as well.

04. What are the steps I need to take to operate the audio or video chat platform?

Video –  Before any connection, Vizzitt will send you an email with specific instructions on how to connect with the legend of your choice. Each video connection will have a specific room number, as noted in the instructions. A link to that room will be provided in the email.  The most important thing to do before a video chat is to make sure that your camera is working. Test it out with friends and family. Make sure that you can hear and see the other person while he/she can hear and see you.

Audio --  Doing an audio chat is as easy as using a telephone. We will provide you with a "dial in" number prior to your Vizzitt. Just make sure your phone or speakerphone connection is in good working order!

05. What can or should I say to the legend?

Pretty much anything you want, within reason.  Profanity or disparaging comments violate our terms and conditions and will not be tolerated. And there may be some topics that a legend prefers to avoid. As with any spontaneous conversation, a legend (and you!) can refuse to answer a question for any reason, particularly if the topic is too personal or confidential. That said, Vizzitt is dedicated to bringing you legends who not only have had great on-field accomplishments, but also look forward to excelling on the Vizzitt platform with you! Our talent roster understands the power of connections and can't wait to connect with you in meaningful ways.

06. How can I be sure that I actually am connecting with a legend and not an imposter?

Vizzitt is dedicated to adhering to the highest of professional standards, We will do everything we can to establish credibility and maintain your trust. We are responsible for validating those legends/celebrities who appear on the Vizzitt platform. 

07. Can I do a video chat on a bigger screen?

With technology advancing so rapidly, the good news is that many "big screen" televisions and monitors have inputs that allow you to connect your computer to them, and scale up your image for you, family and friends. Most major retailers will be able to provide advice as to whether your computer and TV monitor will accomodate such a link, and what components you will need to do so. Depending on the type of event surrounding your Vizzitt, and the amount of advance time you have, several retailers will help you be creative in renting larger monitors and equipment to create a stellar Vizzitt experience!

08. Can I purchase a recorded version of my Vizzitt after my time is up?

09. How can I gift a Vizzitt?

Giving the gift of Vizzitt is easy! Simply click the gift icon on the Vizzitt homepage and follow the steps from there! Your generosity will create a customized, lifetime memory for a thrilled recipient!

10. Are there other times (besides the ones listed) that I can connect with a legend?
It’s possible, but we need to know well in advance about a special request so we have time to contact the legend. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us if you are having a function and would like a connection with one of our legends 
11. Can I make scheduling changes after I order a Vizzitt?

Given the efforts required to make available the legends and celebrities that are ready to connect with you on the Vizzitt platfom, as well as the demands of the marketplace, all sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges, and scheduling cannot be changed or modified in any way.
