Chris Nilan
Growing up outside of Boston in West Roxbury, Mass, Chris Nilan dreamed of playing for the Boston Bruins. After playing college hockey at Northeastern University, the rival Montreal Canadiens drafted him in 1978. He is among only nine players in NHL history to record more than 3000 penalty minutes, earning him his nickname, "Knuckles." Known for his grit and courage, Knuckles is remembered for classic battles with Dave Brown and Terry O'Reilly. Chris won the Stanley Cup in 1986 with the Canadiens and was selected, as a Bruin, to the 1991 All-Star game. He also played three seasons with the New York Rangers, ultimately retiring as a Canadien in 1992. In his spare time, Chris loves to fish and cook. Active with numerous charities, he is a founder of Vizzitt.com, and can't wait to connect with you on any topic!
