Stu Grimson

Whether he was playing for or against your team, you didn't forget Stu Grimson's presence. Towering over opponents at 6'6, 240 pounds, Stu was an imposing enforcer for eight NHL franchises, notably Chicago, Anaheim, and Hartford/Carolina. He earned the nickname "Grim Reaper" for his devastating fighting style. The Grim Reaper went toe to toe with the great enforcers and often came out on top. The Kamloops, B.C. native reached the Stanley Cup finals twice and collected 2,117 penalty minutes in 729 career games.  Intelligent and articulate, Stu transitioned superbly from his playing days by pursuing a legal career. His law school degree has alowed him to give back to the game as a legal counsel for the NHL Players Association. He remains active, as well, at many NHL alumni events. The legendary giant certainly had his share of "special" moments on the ice and looks forward to reliving the excitement with you on Vizzitt!
