Terry O'Reilly

Nicknamed the "Tazmanian Devil", Terry O'Reilly recorded 2,095 penalty minutes in 13 NHL seasons -- a B's career record. An all-time fan favorite, Terry only knew how to play the game one way: a 100% commitment of heart and effort every night. Taz never backed down from a fight against rival enforcers like Chris Nilan or Dave Schultz, and he knew how to irritate opposing fans behind the plexiglass. Taz scored 20 or more goals four times as a right winger and played in two NHL All-Star games, helping the B's notch impressive records in the 70s and early 80s. His career +/- ratio was a solid +212 -- indicative of his unforgiving defense.

Terry remained with the Bruins after his playing days, coaching them to a Stanley Cup finals appearance in 1988. The B's retired Terry's number "24" in 2002 alongside all-time greats Bobby Orr, Phil Esposito, and Eddie Shore. Currently, the Niagara Falls, Ontario native is involved in real estate development and supports NHL alumni activities. His passion for the game and respect for the fans is as strong as ever. Terry is looking forward to connecting with you on Vizzitt!
